Strengthen your ties with your employees by inviting them to join your group ! 💪

Add Members

Adding members to your group is easy: Click on the corresponding Group ; from, My Groups below your Profile picture on the home page of your platform.



Once you are on group page, click on the Members tab on the left side of the screen, then click Send Invitation.



Then, type the name of the person you want to invite to your group in the search bar and enter the elements related to his or her invitation :

Degree of involvement (Member, Contributor, Administrator)
Mode (Immediate or by Invitation)
Message that person will receive with notification



If you have chosen the immediate registration mode in the form, the person will automatically join your group. Otherwise, he or she will have to validate his or her own registration to the group through your invitation.

Click on Send Invitation to complete the process.

You can also access your group by typing its name in the “Search bar” or by clicking on "Groups List" in your application bar, then on "My Groups" and finally on the corresponding group.
