Publish a document

To publish a document : Click on the "Publish" button at the top right and then select "Document" from the drop-down menu

You can upload a document (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF...) to your platform from your computer or mobile by clicking on the Drop your file or browse from your computer box at the top of the draft.

A file must not exceed 250 MB

Enter the Title of the document in the box provided.

Choose keywords that are relevant to the content of your document so that you can easily find it later from our search bar.

You can also have a short description for your document. Just type or copy/paste the content of your document in the box provided for this purpose 📄

You can format your text (bold, italic, underlined, crossed out) or insert links, images, videos... directly in the body of the text.

To make your document visible to your team, it must be assigned to an audience (groups or individuals). Choose your audience from the drop-down menu in the box provided.

If you are not part of a group, you cannot publish in that group.

If you can not find the group or person you want to share your publication with, type the name of the group or person in the box provided.🔍

Now you just have to publish your document by clicking on the Publish button in the bottom right corner.
