Choose the start date and time of your event by clicking on the Start date box. ⏲

For the date, choose the one that suits you in the small calendar provided. For the time, drag the hour and minute sliders.

Proceed in the same way for the end date and time of the event by clicking on the End date box 📅

Enter the Event address in the Address box. 📍

By event address, we mean physical address. For example: 66 rue Marceau, 93100 Montreuil.

You can choose whether or not to use Management function of Events (Attend, retrieve..) by slider provided for this purpose.

If you disable this option, you will not be able to manage the number of attendees if it is an event with a limited number of places. You will not be able to restart the numbered list of attendees.

To make your event visible to your team, it must be assigned to an audience (groups or individuals). Choose your audience from the drop-down menu in the box provided.

If you are not part of a group, you cannot publish in that group.

If you cannot find the group or person you want to share your publication with, type the name of the group or person in the box provided.

If you want to go further in the Event settings, Click on More options button at the bottom right.

You can also have a short description for your Event. Just type or copy/paste the content of your Event in the box provided for this purpose 📄

You can format your text (bold, italic, underlined, crossed out) or insert links, images, videos... directly in the body of the text.

You can put Yes below Activate reservation, and you can define a maximum number of seats for the event. This can be done in the box Places Available.

You can select Yes below use QR code to generate a QR code specific to this event.

There is an option to choose text and background colors to make it easier for you to find your way around your Jamespot calendar visually.

In the box Link object, you can indicate the name of a publication to make a link between the event and the desired publication.

You can upload a document (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF...) with the event from your computer or mobile by clicking on the Drop your file or browse from your computer box at the top of the draft..

A file must not exceed 250 MB

Now you just have to publish your event by clicking on the Publish button in the bottom right corner.🚀
